design build
Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity – the design-build team – works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.
This method integrates the architect and contractor from the outset and throughout the design, and builds teamwork between all parties involved. The result is a collaborative environment that fosters continued forward thinking to address potential challenges before they become problems.

As an experienced general contractor, we’ll be with you every step of the way, from design and planning to construction and beyond. We’ll work hard to make sure that the whole process goes smoothly and painlessly for you! Our project managers are on hand to keep everything on schedule and ensure that all parties are on the same page in terms of the scope of work, schedule and budget.
Consulting
Our work doesn’t begin during the construction stage, it begins at the very outset during the initial consultation. We take the time to understand everything we can about your vision, budget, & desired timeline.
We’ll analyze your needs and requirements, tour the space in order to get a feel for its potential, and then we’ll create an estimate. We’ll estimate all of the steps involved in completing your project, including everything from demolition to painting.
Following our initial consultation and estimate, we’ll work alongside you to develop a plan that flows with your schedule and meets your budget. When you’re ready to move forward with construction, we will submit all of the necessary documents for permits and building code compliance. After that’s out of the way, we’ll get right to work on making your vision a reality!

We assist with the selection of a highly qualified design team and then coordinate and direct the activities of the architect and other technical consultants to keep the project focused during the design phase.
